The Center for Deep Political Research, Inc. (CDPR) offers full and part-time internships for undergraduates, advanced students, and recent graduates who seek to play a defining role in the development and operation of this first-of-its-kind Deep State educational resource center.
CDPR interns participate in a variety of activities that support individual programs; including, but not limited to: research, writing, and project development. Core responsibilities, however, will be based largely on the interests, skill set, and relevant academic or career experience of each individual intern; as well as the overall needs of the organization.
All summer interns will be expected to work full-time (40 hours per week), and for a minimum of 8 weeks; although 10 weeks is preferred.
During the fall, winter, and spring, part-time students are accepted, but interns must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Otherwise qualified applicants, who are not local to the Rochester, NY, area, may be considered for remote internship opportunities with CDPR. The functions performed by this select group of interns will differ slightly from those tasked to CDPR HQ; requiring a much greater degree of motivation, commitment, and self-discipline, on the part of the prospective intern.
To be considered for a CDPR internship, interested parties must send an email, with the items specified below (.pdf format only), to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that only those applicants whose qualifications match the current needs of the organization will be considered, and receive responses from the CDPR leadership team.
CDPR internships are awarded on an equal opportunity basis; women, minorities, and people with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
